We are delighted to meet prospective pupils and parents at any time, although we recommend a visit during term time when you can experience, at first-hand, the positive atmosphere and busy life of the School.

During your visit, you will meet the Headmaster and a Housemaster or Housemistress. Candidates for sixth form entry will also meet the Head of Sixth Form and, as appropriate, Heads of Department. It may also be appropriate to meet with our curriculum support teacher or the directors of music or sport for example. One of our pupils will take you on a guided tour of the academic, leisure and boarding facilities giving you the opportunity to find out more about the School from a younger vewpoint.

A series of Open Days are held during the year and the next will be in October '09.

Taster days can also be arranged, where your son or daughter will experience a full school day and, subject to the availability of bed spaces, we can offer overnight stays for prospective boarders.

Both day and boarding pupils are allocated to one of ten boarding houses and in the term prior to entry, your son or daughter will be invited to a Welcome Day to meet the Housemaster or Housemistress. If you have a particular connection with, or preference for, a house, we will try to accommodate this.
